Today, the first half of Chapter 7: The New Bossism and the radical aestheticists
A brief update: The North American moose population continues to be stable—and is even growing in places like the U.P. of Michigan and Wyoming—while the northern long-eared bat continues to be imperiled, though not from timber harvesting.
As for the radical aestheticists, who define beauty as all that which is nonhuman, their wings have been clipped a bit since the book was written, but they still pose a predatory threat in some parts of the United States, including northern Wisconsin.
