Oh yes he wowed them—MAGA nation packed the Conway, S.C., auditorium like raving concert-goers and thousands more watched from the overflow venues. SC Gov. Henry McMaster—my old boss—was there, and even he got rock-star treatment. Trump gave them what they wanted, too, vintage Trump on the stump, with Nikki Haley (and her pro-forma husband Michael) in the crosshairs. The audience loved every minute of it.
