If we aren’t vigilant, we all will be genderless toy dolls in the hands of the state
Over at the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty (WILL), the good guys there are calling out the Sun Prairie Area School District over a disturbing alleged incident at a district high school, a case that, thanks to WILL, is calling much needed attention in Wisconsin to current controversies over transgenderism and our schools.
According to WILL, in this incident, which you can read about in detail over there, four teen girls were showering in the girls’ locker room after swimming class, with their swim suits on, when in walks an 18-year-old male, who completely undresses and showers with the girls, exposing his genitalia and proclaiming—I guess trying to reassure the girls—“I’m trans, by the way.”
Last I checked, even after the hubbub, the school district still allows males to use the girls’ locker room, and, to quote WILL’s letter to the school district, “if biological girls desire more privacy, it is the girls who must leave and use a separate bathroom or locker room.” Nothing to see here, everything’s OK.
Well, it’s not OK, and that incident has yet to come to a satisfactory resolution. It happens to also be one more indictment of the evil of an educational government monopoly, but that’s a different issue. Relevant here, it serves to focus attention on two of the most important issues in the U.S. today: The cult of transgenderism, and the very related issue of child mutilation.
